Make goodie bags and take to local fire stations and 911 communications offices. No age limit. Groups will meet Sunday afternoon to pack the appreciation bags and will deliver a portion of them to various locations when packing is complete. Monday's group will meet at Pinedale at 6:45 pm and travel to Griffith Volunteer Fire Department to spend some time there. Should return to Pinedale no later than 8:00 pm. Sign-up here to work.
The team will leave Pinedale after work on Thursday, June 29th to work on campus all day Friday and again on Saturday morning before returning to Pinedale Saturday afternoon. The team will stay in dorms on Thursday and Friday, have breakfast and lunch on campus and go out for evening meals. Some of the projects will include painting doors, power washing, window cleaning, painting columns, various housekeeping details, etc. Participants will need to pay $20 for meals at the dorms and bring money to eat while traveling and for evening meals. There will be a brief informational meeting on Sunday, June 4th, immediately following second service in Room 200. Sign-up here to work.
Volunteers will help assist with cooking and meal preparation for dinner. Volunteers 13-16 years old require a parent/guardian. Those older than 16 do not require parental supervision.
